Indy Business Collective is a nonprofit organization that serves as the backbone of Indianapolis’ entrepreneurial ecosystem for Black business owners. We don’t just offer programs—we build and coordinate the infrastructure that supports entrepreneurs through every phase of their journey, from idea to exit.
Through our Entrepreneurial Pathway Framework, we connect entrepreneurs to the right resources, at the right time, delivered by trusted local partner organizations. We also bring those partners—BDOs and ESOs—into alignment so they can collaborate instead of competing, creating a seamless and sustainable ecosystem for business growth.
